Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: Starting pay rate of $16.50, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.
• Benefits: Full and Part-time positions available. Eligible for season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Present a positive and knowledgeable representation of Killington Grand Hotel & Spa to clients and hotel guests
• Execute opening and or closing procedures
• Book appointments (including online reservations)
• Check clients in and out of their appointments and bill out appointments
• Educate yourself with therapists' modalities to efficiently book services and maximize treatment rooms
• Sell retail products and assist with inventory
• Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly
• Assist with laundry to keep massage linens, bath towels, and bathrobes stocked
