Excel Partners is Hiring a Property Manager Near , CT
Stamford, CT company looking to hire a Temp to Perm Property Manager
Will have to be able to travel to all CT based properties in Tolland, Middletown, Norwalk, Stamford, Danbury, and Greenwich.
Make sure the buildings are in good shape, HVAC is working properly, the landscaping is in good condition, the snowplow guys did a good job. And repair any minor things and call a contractor for major items.
Must have property management experience, facilities, and basic repair knowledge.
This position is on call 24/7 but working hours are typically 8am to 4pm Mon-Fri (but if an alarm goes off 6 am Sunday they need to respond).
