Overview:
Our client in Westport, CT is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a temp to perm opportunity with flexible hours. 20 to 40 hour work week. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the office. This is a dynamic position that requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate company activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Handle various forms of correspondence including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain smooth front office operations.
Assist the sales team in setting up client accounts.
Perform general bookkeeping tasks. (Expense reports, payroll...)
Fulfill client requests promptly and efficiently.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant, or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
High school diploma required; a degree in office administration or a related field preferred.
