Our senior operations managers engage directly with our clients, deliver on commitments, solve problems, and lead and develop teams. This position will serve multiple commercial and residential properties for some of the most prestigious commercial real estate organizations with the DMV.

Qualifications

Minimum Job qualifications

• A minimum of five years’ experience in the parking or related industry, including revenue control and reporting.
• Proven experience ensuring and exceeding client success
• Experience leading teams, attracting, retaining, and developing talent
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
