We are looking for self-motivated Customer Service Assistant whose primary role is to be an ambassador of the client and Colonial Parking, Inc. at key positions within the parking facility, i.e., parking facility entrance or exit; drop off area; and garage elevator bank. The incumbent will have knowledge of the parking facilities and the commercial, governmental, or institutional buildings connected to parking. Directs and escorts customers (as and when required) to garage or building elevators and stairwells; provides the best first and last impression of Colonial Parking and its client’s parking operations; and performs other functions of the position.
