The Human Resources department is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and innovative professional to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to perform a full spectrum of talent acquisition duties, recruiting across various roles and functions to serve a diverse group of assigned departments and professions.
You will have the opportunity to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with your assigned departments and hiring managers helping to attract, hire, and onboard people with a passion for public service.
The ideal candidate is a creative, team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and can leverage technology and social media to source and attract diverse groups of people to pursue the field of public service.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking abilities to build relationships with stakeholders, understand hiring challenges, position needs, and the right combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities for each successful hire.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position begins at $51,111 a competitive benefits package. Salary is negotiable, depending on qualifications.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field and 1 year of related experience. Relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with diverse groups of people, excellent computer skills, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication skills.

Other Information
Hours are 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Monday - Friday. Must be available to work during emergency situations.
