Are you eager to dive into the dynamic world of Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a thriving organization? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team and assist with our transition to electronic records. In addition, this intern would be directly involved in compliance audits, as well as working with the HR Team on employee engagement surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR team to digitize employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits on all employee files, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Execute a thorough I9 audit to verify compliance and accuracy of employee documentation.
- Assist in the administration of employee surveys, collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for HR initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in junior year of college or pursuing a master's degree in business, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.

- Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday during the internship.
