The Communications Specialist will be the day-to-day communications support team member for the Human Resources Department, including the Chief Human Resources Officer, HR leaders and other team members. This role will also collaborate with other stakeholders in the Department of Communication and throughout the organization as needed.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Internal and Executive Communications in the Department of Communication. More informally, the position will partner closely with Human Resources executives and leaders to ensure alignment on common goal and strategic initiatives for the HR department. HR stakeholders will provide feedback and input for routine performance reviews and quarterly check-ins.
