Assist in developing a structure & process for monitoring, evaluating and managing the evaluation and professional learning system(s) to ensure alignment to district vision and planning for responding to professional needs.Responsibilities: Assist in the development of evaluation plans for the different units within the district, including revisions and updates as needed as well as coordinating committee work when necessary.Manage, maintain, support, and monitor the evaluation management system(s); Complete testing of and implement new enhancements to system(s); Provide training, assistance and guidance to employees and the community regarding the management system(s).Technical support and troubleshooting, prioritization of tasks, and visioning regarding evaluation needs as determined by each unit.Create help documents, tutorials, and presentations for administrators and employees regarding evaluation processes and evaluation management system(s).Create reports to pull data from the management system; Conduct audits of the evaluation processes throughout the year.Collaborate with the Professional Learning team inthe organization, coordination, administration, and promotion of meaningful Professional Learning opportunities and events andthe creation, maintenance, and evaluation of Professional Learning guidelines and processes.Assist with the management and support of on-boarding for various groups, including orientations, mentoring programs, and in-services.Assist with instructional course design, including researching, organization, and preparation of materials.Provide positive and responsive customer service to district employees, departments, schools, and the community; Establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with employees, departments, schools, the public, and other agencies and organizations.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications : Required:Bachelors Degree with a major pertinent to the position requirementsOver one year, and up to and including three years experience in: Managing evaluation systems and processesMinimum of 3 years experience working in professional learningMust learn Schoology/Infor software within 1 month of hireMust learn Professional Learning and Evaluation software within 1 month of hireCompleted and submitted BVSD online applicationPreferred:Masters Degree in a major pertinent to the position requirementsSalary Information: Salary Range 5:$76,489 - $114,733Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.*Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to BVSD or current BVSD employees that are new to the employee group (existing employees currently in this unit please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule ).
