We are looking for an Analytics consultant for our Benefits and Protection Data & Analytics team. The Analytics Consultant is responsible for finding opportunities within the Benefits and Protection space to leverage data analytic capabilities to drive business goals and shepherd analytic projects from start to finish to ensure business value delivery.
- As a strategic consultant, apply delivery expertise, and leadership to transform core data and analytics products into solutions that improve business operations and drive measurable results.
- Develop and nurture relationships of peers and business partners to foster collaboration.
- Align data, analytics, technology, and business objectives and outcomes.
- Leverage knowledge of data, analytics and business insight to align analytic efforts with stakeholder priorities and strategic goals.
- Effectively communicate work progress, interdependencies and collaborate with other functions to present a comprehensive analytics portfolio view.
- Provide technical and business mentorship to business partners, both within the business and across the enterprise.
- Manage multiple concurrent priorities given competing timelines and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Accelerate development and implementation of balanced, scalable solutions.
- Partner with analytics teams, from business intelligence to data science, to support modeling and sophisticated analytics demonstrating your business and technical expertise.
- Drive the creation of data visualization tools to actively monitor business performance and see opportunities for business growth.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor Degree: Business or Technical plus 2 years of related analytics, consulting, project management, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge of business operations, values and practices that align customer needs and happiness as primary considerations in all business decisions, and ability to demonstrate that information in crafting customized customer solutions.
- Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and build alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business.
- Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using statistical methods to justify and drive future business planning decisions.
- Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions.
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Beginner/Intermediate: SQL, R, Python, vidualization tols such as (Power BI, Tableau or others) or other analytical tools.
Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range:
$71250 - $116850 / year
Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees dont accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
