Falcon Construction is seeking a Financial / Business Analyst in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida location. Come join our growing organization!
Position Summary
The Financial/Business Analyst is responsible for financial planning and analysis of the Company in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This position is responsible for analyzing financial statements and projecting future performance of the company. This position includes forecasting revenues and expenditures, as well as modeling capital structure and budgeting. Besides being responsible for keeping track of Company financial planning, analyzing the company performance, and creating forecasts and explaining variances, this position will also require some basic Quick Books data entry for expenses, monthly banking reconciliation and a few other minor bookkeeping tasks.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit at a computer, read computer screens, and input information for long periods of time. Sharing office space is a possibility. Some light travel could be required. Must be able to move about office as needed. Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds.
