Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Workday Financial Management implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday implementations, received train-the-trainer instruction, and developed desktop procedures for optimized ERP utilization. Management of accounting operations is helpful for this role. The day-to-day responsibilities are below:Essential Functions:• Lead as Workday Financial Management subject matter expert.• Clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms between and across the different groups.• Participate in ERP upgrade initiatives that include user expectations, functional materials for each role, accountability, and deliverables.• Support change management process including development of training materials, communicating changes, and delivering training to end users.
