Scion Technical has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced End User Support specialist for our client, a wonderful Educational Institution in Ripon, Wisconsin! In this direct hire role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly affect students’ educational experience by building and providing exceptional network support and enhancements. Once fully onboarded, this position provides hybrid flexibility, and is an easy commute from Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, or the Sun Prairie area! This is a full-time, direct hire role.

What you will be doing:

• Install, maintain, and support laptop/PCs, printers, and software
• Software installation, imaging, and patching
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
• Evaluate and remediate any software security issues

What you will need:

• Demonstrated IT Support experience in a professional setting
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with laptops/PCs, Windows OS, network connectivity of devices, viruses and malware
• Customer service, collaborative, continual improvement mindset
• Familiarity with networking, Active Directory, IT asset management, and cybersecurity principles is preferred
• Experience in Google Workspace and iOS/Mac environment is a plus
