Scion Medical Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an In-Home Registered Nurse for our client, an in-home care agency committed to providing exceptional care to its clients. This is a full-time role, based in Seattle, WA.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Flexible scheduling options available between 7am - 11pm; weekly schedule includes Wednesday and Friday, with rotating weekends as needed
• This hugely impactful role offers a pay rate of $32.46 to $66.47 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training will be helping in the Seattle office. Mileage and travel time will be reimbursed after 20 miles of travel time
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with patients
• Offer specialized care and support for patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy assistance, particularly those with advanced ALS
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to patients' dietary needs and preferences
• Administer medications safely and accurately according to prescribed dosages and schedules
• Assist patients with transfers, mobility, and stand-by support using safe techniques
• Help patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid RN License in the state of Washington
• Valid BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License & personal vehicle with insurance
• Full vaccination against COVID-19 (including booster)
• 1-2 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home healthcare or a related setting
