Scion Nonprofit Staffing is leading the search for a Nonprofit Finance Associate on behalf of an amazing early childhood education organization in San Francisco, CA! This role is a exciting opportunity that offers a full-time onsite work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing paperwork, filing, and processing checks.
• Monitoring credit card usage and managing Amazon invoicing.
• Entering check data into the Procare software system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Spanish is preferred (for filing assistance in admissions).
• Demonstrated ability to initiate tasks independently.
• Background in billing or contracts preferred.
• Experience with Procare Software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Access.
