• A competitive salary ranging from $370,000 to $415,000, commensurate with experience.

• At least five years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills.

• Must be currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.
