Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate in Intellectual Property & Technology in San Francisco, CA

Job requires five days a week on-site in San Francisco, CA

Compensation and Benefits:

• A competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of prior work experience in patent litigation, ideally managing Hatch-Waxman or biotherapeutics cases in District Court or before the PTAB, with experience in litigating and managing therapeutics cases (biologic or chemical).
• Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
• The ability to manage and mentor more junior associates.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively, as well as part of a team.
• A technical life science undergraduate and/or graduate degree is preferred.
• Must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) of application.
