Mechanic Falls Veterinary Hospital is seeking an EXPERIENCED client service specialist to join our privately owned practice. We are looking for someone who has an upbeat/ positive attitude, self-motivated, able to multi-task and enjoys working in a face-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and pets
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Processing payments
- Ensure reception area and treatment rooms are tidy
- Responding to e-mails
- Scheduling appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as scanning, shredding, photocopying etc.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Candidate should have some knowledge in: Flea and Tick products; Heartworm preventatives, Vaccine protocols; Surgery pre-op instructions
