Looking for a Receptionist for our small animal hospital on Marco Island. Must have excellent social and communication skills. At times the job has very sensitive situations to deal with. Must be able to adapt to new software and documenting protocols. Must be good with animals. Previous experience in verterinary hospital not required but extremely helpful. Daily *job* duties of a *veterinary receptionist* include greeting pet owners as they arrive, answering phone calls, making appointments, calling to confirm appointments, handling the schedule of the *veterinarian* and collecting payments for services rendered by the *veterinarian, Documenting every interaction with the clients.* Also keeping the facility clean and maintained. Hours vary during season generally 7am start time and 5 pm close Mon ,Tues ,Thurs , Fri. During off season general 9am to 4pm. We are closed Wed, Sat, and Sun. DO NOT CALL OUR PRACTICE.
