As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our solar projects.

Who You Are:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for managing installs, maintenance, and troubleshooting solar energy systems for residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar energy principles, electrical systems, MPUs, Tesla Batteries, and safety regulations.

Position Overview:
As the Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical integrity and functionality of our solar energy systems. You will oversee the electrical team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the electrical aspects of solar projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Oversee the design and layout of electrical systems, including solar arrays, inverters, battery storage systems, and monitoring equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess electrical infrastructure, identify potential issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement electrical testing procedures and quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of solar energy systems.
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve electrical issues and troubleshoot system failures.
• Mentor and train electrical technicians, providing guidance on best practices, safety protocols, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

• You MUST have MPU/Tesla Battery experience. Applicants without experience stated on their resume will not be considered.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and components, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, and monitoring equipment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Previous experience managing and leading teams, with a proven ability to hold team members accountable for performance and results.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards, with a commitment to safety and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
