Job purpose:

The CSR is responsible for overseeing all Spare Parts orders.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Evaluate orders for accuracy, i.e.; prices, quantities, freight costs.
• Be aware of credit limits.
• Ability to use software to support an E-Commerce platform for online ordering.
• Work with other departments to address issues with acquiring parts in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all outstanding orders and inquiries from customers.
• Ensure inventory accuracies in the Spare Parts warehouse.
• Provide information to Senior and Departmental Management for executive planning purposes.
• Maintain company procedures for warranty parts, including follow up with vendors for credit or replacement of parts.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
