Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties:
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Enter customer data and update records in the company database
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or concerns
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
