Job Description:
Is responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.
Internal Contingencies:
1. Utilizing internal repair technicians to execute paperwork for IQs.
2. Utilizing internal assemblers physically run the test stations for IQs.
3. Utilizing existing Manufacturing Engineering technicians for support.
4. Identify existing technician to potentially move up to Engineering Assistant role.
Skills Required:
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, conceptually and mechanically (hands-on).
- Ability to follow documented procedures and verbal directions.
- Ability to document results.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) suite required.
- SAP experience desired.
1. Execute PQ Inspections.
2. Execute station IQ.
3. Protocol updates.
4. Detail station setup.
5. Redline documentation for updates.
