JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.
* Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.
* Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). * May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.
* Prepare test and evaluation reports.
* Submit final acceptance reports to program management for approval and delivery.
* Update JIRA with status provided by engineering staff and ensure proper status of all contract items.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* High School Diploma or higher
* Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Knowledge of JIRA software
* Be able to effectively communicate with Customer, Program team and other functional departments
* Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
