Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Archbald, PA

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide essential technical assistance to our engineering team. The role involves a variety of tasks including data management, documentation production, and testing support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to engineers on various tasks.
• Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data such as laboratory test results and engineering design changes.
• Produce engineering documentation, reports, and drawings (e.g., flow charts, block diagrams, schematics).
• Conduct tests, record data, and assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.
• Prepare test and evaluation reports.
• Submit final acceptance reports to program management for approval and delivery.
• Update JIRA with status provided by engineering staff and ensure proper status of all contract items.

Basic Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (no Bachelor's Degree required).
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge of JIRA software.
• Effective communication skills with customers, program teams, and other functional departments.
• Ability to work under general direction, independently determining and developing approaches to solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
