Job Responsibilities:

• To work directly with the SPM sales team, engineering team and customers on current business and new business
• To prepare quotations for review prior to being sent out to customer
• To gather quotes from outside material vendors, outside tooling vendors, outside service vendors etc.
• To work up quotes using SPM's current Microsoft Excel quote form
• To assist Quoting Director in sending customers quote cover sheet
• To assist Quoting Director on logging quote numbers on SPM's current Microsoft Excel form
• To assist in entering newly awarded jobs in current JobBOSS ERP system
• Quoting current business, as well as help the Engineering team gather pricing on raw material and outside quotes.

Job Requirements:

• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (ie: Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Be professional when dealing with outside vendors and customers (over the phone and in person)
• Have the ability to multi-task and keep up in a fast pace environment
