Exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area Director of Human Resources. In this role, you will lead the HR department for our Marriott Schaumburg with additional responsibilities supporting 10 to 15 additional hotels. This is a property-based role.
Responsibilities:You will manage the development, implementation, and administration of human resource functions, including training and development, benefit administration, and employee relations for a group of selected hotels.
