Job Description Summary: Junior Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, with a primary focus on data entry, administrative tasks, and assisting the HR team in day-to-day operations to ensure the effective delivery of our HR services and contribute to the growth and success of the Company. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information and documents, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data. Assist in maintaining and managing the HRIS system (Workday), regularly updating data and ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and data security. Assist in the recruiting process including candidate communications and scheduling interviews. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive and effective onboarding Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and other related matters. Perform other HR or administrative assignments as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software (Workday) is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Korean-English bilingual is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment. Prior internship or part-time experience in an HR role is a bonus. Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.
