Compensation (Range): 19-21 / hour

If you are an experienced Call Center/ Customer Service looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help! We are a leading staffing firm, and our clients include some over the nations biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Call Center/ Customer Service. This is a contract position; however, it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

**Call Center/ Customer Sevice**

**Job Responsibilities**

Your specific duties as a Call Center/ Customer Service will include:

* Single-point-of-contact for portfolio of customers by managing end-to-end order management and logistics process flow.

* Plan and maintain daily interactions with functional areas such as Materials, distribution centers and sales teams.

* Coordinates communication with customers and internal functions.

* Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and functional areas using company systems.

* Partners with various operations for continued process improvement opportunities.

* Participates in continuous improvement projects.

**Call Center/ Customer Service**

**Job Requirements**

As a Call Center/ Customer Service, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

* Education: Bachelors degree or 2 years relevant work experience preferred

* Experience: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience required.

* Logistics and supply chain knowledge: apply strong knowledge of shipping terms, procedures, and laws to manage end-to-end process to fulfill customer requirements.

* Analytical Reasoning: Applies research methodologies and statistical analysis to solve problems and exercise independent judgement. Synthesizes and analyzes low to moderately complex data, information, and evidence to draw meaningful solutions to meet customer expectations.

* Team members must adapt quickly and can make sound decisions when dealing with unexpected changes, customer demand fluctuations, special requirements (Shipping, Import/Export regulations at customer location).

* Communication (Written and Verbal): Communicates in a clear, organized, and precise manner with functional areas to drive the required response; communicates responses to the customer relevant to their original request, while providing alternative solutions. Order Management Analyst must possess strong communications skills and be able to effectively communicate in a positive manner.

* Attention to detail: Pays attention to all the details of what is communicated, either written, orally, or presented. Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing daily tasks while considering impact on functional areas. Provides accurate and relevant information on a timely basis to the customer.

* High degree of accuracy required.

* Cultural knowledge: Strong ability to understand, communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures.

* Systems knowledge and technical skills:

* Minimum of intermediate skill level with computer related programs such as Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Internet.

* Ability to gain skills required to utilize company systems.

* Order Management Analyst will need to access elevated screens that allow them to manage and monitor customers' orders, product availability, and total volume with the goal of optimizing shipments and revenue.
