Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs outbound calls to our members to schedule their wellness assessments on behalf of the health insurance in the home or via telehealth
• Responsible for the management of calendar and ensuring their schedules are full
• Proactively reviews, monitors, and adjust calendars for max efficiency
• Provides rapid support and timely response to operations teams
• Handles last-minute scheduling cancellations or revisions

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• Entry-level position
• Knowledge standard office procedures, including oral and written communication skills
• Competency in the use of computer technology
• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all forms of communication
• Ability to multitask

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• One year experience cold calling (preferred) 
• On-site training provided
• One year customer service experience (preferred)
