Job Summary

Medicare Learning and Development Specialists help plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge on our Medicare Products

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Design and create training materials, online learning modules, and course materials
• Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques including virtual instructor led
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinate enrollment.
• Assess training needs for Medicare Program team and within operational areas
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

BLD - Bachelor's Level DegreeHealthcare, Training

Skills

Communication, Judgment and Decision Making, Microsoft Office, Social Perceptiveness, Writing
