We are looking for an experienced Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their field and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to our team. This position is responsible for assisting Medicare beneficiaries with enrollment issues regarding Medicare Part D, Medicare Part C (Advantage Plans) and SeniorCare by providing one-on-one counseling, enrollment assistance and post-enrollment advocacy. Also, provides outreach to the community and participates in community education.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations on best practices.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures.
• Provide technical support to other departments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Health insurance license.
• AHIP Certification
• Contracted with the Medicare Field Marketing Organization (FMO)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
