Zoho CRM Administrator

Role Overview:
The CRM Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's CRM system (Zoho) to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business objectives. They play a key role in supporting sales, marketing, and customer service teams by providing technical expertise, user training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration:
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and security settings within the CRM system.
  • Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet the organization's specific needs and workflows.
  • Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Data Management:
  • Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
  • Import, export, and manipulate data to support various business processes and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.
  • Regularly audit data to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.
  • User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to CRM users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure proficiency in CRM usage.
  • Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to assist users with system navigation and functionality.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Integration and Automation:
  • Integrate the CRM system with other business applications and systems to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Configure and manage workflow rules, triggers, and automation processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role, preferably with expertise in Zoho.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in CRM system administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of database management principles and data governance best practices.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and security.
  • Certifications in CRM administration are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
