We are in search of a Marketing and Operations Coordinator for our top-ranking real estate team. This position requires a highly detail-oriented, creative, and systematic individual who helps a team assist clients with seamless, top-notch customer service and marketing, especially coordinating email communication, client events, and social media / digital marketing. $40,000 - $45,000 yearly

• Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration
• Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings
• Build our brand through website management, social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
• Coordinate the process for recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all administrative hires
• Perform administrative tasks such as participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, speaking with customers, answering phones, taking minutes, etc
• Handle the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, cards for important dates, and any other business related supplies and materials
• Oversee all aspects of the agents’ business administration duties so agents can focus on listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, and lead generation
• Assist to sales agents, clients, and other parties with all listing and transaction management

• Real estate industry is preferred
• Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc.
• Displays exceptional communication, time management, organization, and customer service skills

• Must be able to work full-time, standard office hours in our office in Chesterfield, MO. This is not a remote job. Must also have digital marketing experience and knowledge and a willingness to continue learning in addition to a professional presence and work ethic
