Your Job:

The Brooks Marketing Operations team is responsible for setting up and maintaining overarching workflows, processes, systems, tools, and RACIs that direct how our cross-functional marketing teams interact daily to deliver operational and workflow efficiencies.

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the Global Marketing Team (including the in-house Creative Team, Production Team, Product Marketing Team) by acting as a first point of contact for asset management of samples and images. A strong candidate for this role is highly organized, passionate about productivity, and a great team player.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating unique circumstances and making recommendations to effectively manage marketing sample collection
  • Keeping track of current inventory of samples/product using a sample library
  • Work closely with product teams to keep track of product sample changes using digital documentation to ensure product accuracy across marketing deliverables
  • Proactively alerting team of sample roadblocks that could impact photo shoots and deadlines
  • Placing sample buys for the Global Marketing Team’s seasonal sample needs
  • Managing sample coordination for the Global Marketing Team’s content production efforts (internal studio shoots, external photography, and video efforts) and communicating applicable sample changes
  • Coordinating samples for all ad hoc Global Marketing content production efforts (late adds, SMUs, beauty shots)
  • Ensuring product images and assets are uploaded to the Digital Asset Management system at various stage gates and sharing final links as needed with cross-functional teams
  • Fulfilling image requests from the regional teams
  • Assisting the project management team in the development of project schedules and plans
  • Assisting with creating and updating projects in Workfront and tracking progress from start to finish
  • Understanding and communicating timelines and key deadlines for Global Marketing Team projects to stakeholders
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating documentation of the meeting through recordings and meeting notes
  • Managing project-related claims by ensuring all documentation is procured and properly submitted
  • Maintaining internal calendars and milestone documentation
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • 1 years’ experience in marketing, content creation, PR, or related field in either a full-time or internship role preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task detailed projects
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
  • Clear and articulate communication skills both verbal and written
  • Results oriented and passion for seeing through projects to the end
  • Willingness to help, support and get the job done when team members are in a crunch
  • Proactive, self-starter and is hungry to learn about and implement new types of marketing processes
  • Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions

Compensation:

The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $24.46 -34.25 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Location- You will spend 3 to 4 days per week in our Seattle offices, depending on your role, as we believe our organization flourishes when connections, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and celebrations happen in person.
