Job Description:
Kirk Automations is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager and HR Generalist to join our small business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, vendor management, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Office Operations
Ensure office supplies and inventory are stocked/maintained
Maintain a clean and professional office environment
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services
Administrative Support
Process all incoming emails and text messages from the owner and staff
within 24 hours
Schedule meetings, send reminders, and organize events
Be ready for urgent needs, we'd like you to live within 15 minutes from the office location.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.56 per hour
