Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer software and hardware.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
- Maintain knowledge of current IT trends and best practices.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up their technology needs.
- May escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
