- Candidate must be detail oriented and stay organized.
- Must be trustworthy and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to multi-task and work under stress and pressure.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and support staff.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts including processors, underwriters, management, staff, and vendors.
- Schedule onboardings with Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs).
- Manage Zoom account, onboarding calendar, and onboarding support iPad.
- Assist clients when Director of Services is unavailable.
- Understand TPO Connect to answer questions that arise.
- Learn underwriting systems: Desktop Underwriter (DU) & Loan Product Advisor (LP). Be able to address and assist when errors arise.
