We're seeking a proactive individual who thrives on recruiting top talent and excels in onboarding processes. Your attention to detail and passion for human resources will drive our recruitment efforts forward. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in HR within a fast-growing company.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, online channels to identify and attract qualified candidates. Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.Assist in handling HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.Support in coordinating and developing training and development programs.Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing HR files.Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives.Qualifications:Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Professionalism and high level of confidentiality Benefits & Pay Compensation for the position is a base pay of $42,000. If you are passionate about helping people succeed in their careers, then this is the role for you! Apply today!
