We are operational 6 days a week and schedule our employees based on operational needs – days, evenings and weekends (Please Note: Our stores are open to customers Monday to Saturday)
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Process donated good in the back room of a store or in the warehouse. Follow all procedures as set out by The Salvation Army in the handling and processing of these goods. Provide excellent customer service to our shoppers and donors. Maintaining a clean and well organized work and shopping experience. Handling each transaction with acc

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assign, direct and ensures completion of daily tasks for production team members
- Train new team members on production expectations and processes.
- Tracks and reports production at scheduled times.
- Participates in production processes as needed.
- Implement assigned strategies to meet production goals.
- Follow procedures for maintenance and safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the workspaces are prepared for the next day's production.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, donors and customers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
