Job Details
We seek a seasoned Client Partner to manage and grow our strategic partnership with our clients. This role involves developing and executing an account strategy to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Microsoft account, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Track and report on account performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide client insights.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of account management or business development experience.
- Proven track record with large, complex accounts.
