Your standard workweek will typically span Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history. Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings. Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite. Strong problem-solving skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism. Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 mbps is required. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
