We are seeking motivated quality driven rockstars to join our growing landscape crews. We do paving, retaining walls, soft scaping, and synthetic turf installs. We do a variety of jobs from residential to commercial. Work schedule is start at 7 am at the jobsite and work until 4, but could be later. This position could lead to year round employment. Ideal person would have 2 year experience in the landscape idustry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in following directions, company policies and procedures as directed.
• Skilled in working independently when necessary while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to all safety protocols and regulations set forth by company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with the team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Capable of safely and responsibly operating necessary tools and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.

WORK CONDITIONS
This position will be introduced to a variety of field environments, and thus should expect some, if not all, of the following work conditions:

• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Exposure to dust, pollen, chemicals, cold, heat and loud noises.
• Capable of communicating through texts, phone calls, in-person and through the use of internet-based software.
• Requires various amounts of walking, standing, kneeling, bending, sitting and lifting.
• Capable of traveling to and from project sites, the office, our shop, or to various vendors, as needed.
• Capable of following instructions and training to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Ability to work near and/or with equipment, power tools, commercial vehicles or other equipment as needed.
• Capable of utilizing technology for various tasks and tracking, including industry-related software, cell phones, email and other systems as needed.
• Capable of lifting, carrying or pushing up to 50 lbs.

• Position is an hourly, seasonal position with the possibility of becoming a year-round position.
