CareAparent is seeking new graduates and experienced (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses to conduct in-home visits, aide in preparation of care plans, perform medication set-ups, supervise Caregivers and CNAs, and assist with caregiver training. Our LPNs frequently travel in and around the Twin Cities metro area from one client home to another. We are currently seeking LPNs to service the following areas:

• Hastings
• Maple Grove

• Minneapolis

If YOU have the following, CareAparent wants to hear from you:

• A current Minnesota license as a Licensed Practice Nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to cases as assigned.
