The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement a care plan for rehabilitation. The PTA helps clients perform the exercises and mobility techniques as set forth in the care plan developed by the Physical Therapist. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 visits per week as well as the ability to take visits within less than 48 hours if needed (unless a prior availability is already set).

If YOU have the following, CareAparent wants to hear from you:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current and valid PTA license in Minnesota
• Medicare experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
