Position Overview: As our Crew Leader, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading the charge in executing top-notch hardscape projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the successful completion of jobs on-site, working closely with our dedicated team. Reporting directly to the company owner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding results and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the Team: Bring your 3-5 years of installation, landscape, or construction experience to the forefront by leading a dedicated crew towards project success. Previous crew lead experience in a different trade is a plus.

-Heavy Equipment: Showcase your proficiency in operating heavy equipment. Your skill in maneuvering these machines will be crucial in executing seamless installations

-Driving: A CDL or equivalent experience is a must, highlighting your ability to navigate both the road and the project site with finesse.

-Materials: Display your strong familiarity with landscape materials and their applications, ensuring that each element contributes harmoniously to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the project.

-Landscaping: Demonstrate your proficiency in landscape installation techniques, turning design visions into reality with precision and creativity.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in installation, landscape, construction, or related fields.

-Proven leadership experience as a crew lead; in a similar or different trade also a plus.

-CDL or relevant driving experience.

-Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.

-Strong familiarity with landscape materials and their practical applications.

-Mastery of landscape installation techniques.
