Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist for a large real estate firm with offices located in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in human resources and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- HRIS, management and updating of employee documents/files
- Management of onboarding documents and processes
- Ensure compliance of company policies
- Assist in employee relations
- Daily use of organizing data within Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Experience:
- Proven Human Resources experience within a high-volume corporate setting
- Familiarity with HR software systems and experienced using Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skill set
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards
- Previous experience working with onboarding and employee documentation management
- Ability to report into a corporate office Monday - Friday
