Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Customer service representative to provide day-to-day service and direct support to new and existing policyholders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Provide backup to receptionist with agency phone system.

· Proficiency in typing and ability to document client records in a timely manner.

· Answer incoming calls from policyholders and assist with inquiries and billing inquiries.

· Maintains print and electronic records and files as required.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license within first 6-months of employment.
• Knowledge of various insurance products and policies or ability to be a quick learner.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years prior customer service experience in an office is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay Depends on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
