About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Enterprise Business Security. The successful candidate will have the exciting mission of leading a team of Information Security Business Solution Architects and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and address information security needs. This pivotal role involves working with various Information Security teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the business requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. The Executive Director will also be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of the IT environment, managing the threat and risk landscape, and acting as a key liaison between Information Security and business units to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5 years' prior relevant experience. The role demands a strategic thinker who can create and execute technical roadmaps to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement in the enterprise's information security and compliance posture. The ideal candidate will be a champion of the company's information security strategy, ensuring that enterprise objectives are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders. Proactive in nature, the Executive Director will be expected to identify security deficiencies, monitor security trends, and work with business units to integrate security, risk, and compliance considerations into their processes. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for building effective relationships and serving as a trusted advisor on security matters.
