We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. We seek a skilled and dedicated Copier Service Technician to join our team.

The Copier Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Field service experience for on-site troubleshooting
- IT skills for software troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics for equipment diagnostics
- Familiarity with computer networking for connectivity issues
- Knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines
- Proficiency in using hand tools for repairs

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
